A representative will contact you shortly and send you the $100 invoice for handling your claim.

Important Reminder:

👉 The processing time is 3 to 12 business days.

👉 If the claim is approved, Rubi will repair or replace your tool according to the warranty conditions.

👉 If the claim is denied, the $100 fee will be converted into a store credit on Ceramed’s online shop.

This way, you always benefit: either a replacement tool or a store credit.
