If an item is unavailable at the selected location, a transfer between warehouses is required.

In that case, your order becomes a special order:

• Non-cancellable and non-refundable
• 14 business days for transfer

All orders must be paid for online using one of the following payment methods:

• American Express (AMEX)
• Visa
• Mastercard
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Shop Pay

We do not accept business cheques.

Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email including:

• Your order number
• Your reference number
• Pickup instructions to collect your order at the warehouse

No returns are accepted without prior authorization.

You must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Ceramed before returning any item to a warehouse.

No. Ceramed warehouses are distribution centers.

They:

• Do not have customer service counters
• Do not accept on-site orders
• Do not have payment terminals

You must:

• Place your order online, and
• Wait for the confirmation email with pickup instructions before going on-site

• Commandes spéciales (transfert entre entrepôts)
• Produits installés, endommagés ou incomplets
• Produits sans leur emballage d’origine
