ROBERTS Silicone Moisture Barrier Underlayment is designed to protect floors from moisture without trapping it under the flooring. The silicone moisture barrier is made from recycled paper, which is environmentally safe. Install with the smooth side up to easily mark chalk lines and slide the planks into position. For use with staple and nail installations of solid, engineered, and laminate wood floors, or floating vinyl plank floors. Made from 100% recycled materials, consisting of 6-mil moisture-resistant paper with a baked-on silicone coating for moisture-proofing under wood floors. Reduces vapor flow without trapping moisture. Helps reduce dust levels during installation, contributing to a more environmentally friendly workspace. Laboratory tested and approved for use with radiant floor systems.
