Temperature uniformity is maintained across the workpiece during vacuum heating, significantly reducing residual stresses due to slow heating and cooling cycles. This significantly improves the material's thermal and mechanical properties, offering unique heat treatment options. All of our PAVBDB and PAVBDB HEX series bits combine vacuum brazing with synthetic diamond to help the core bits better regulate heat while maintaining consistent cutting quality.
