The ARDEX UI 720 FLEXBONE Floating Uncoupling Membrane is a revolutionary floating system that provides 100% uncoupling. Separating the membrane from the support allows substantial savings in time and money since preparation of the support is minimal. ARDEX UI 720 FLEXBONE features a uniquely patterned frame with GripLock technology to achieve the highest level of adhesion between mortar and membrane. The membrane is a very durable and very flexible plastic with a laminated fiberglass mesh on top that contains self-adhesive overlaps for easy layering of joints. The membrane also features more than 1,000 perforations per square foot for better vapor pressure balancing.
