MAPEI Ultralite S2 is a premium, one-component, lightweight, thin-set mortar ideal for gauged (formerly defined as "thin") porcelain tile installations. This high-performance, highly deformable, polymer-modified mortar is formulated with Easy Glide Technology for easy application. MAPEI Ultralite S2 offers extended open time and superior transfer properties to improve double bonding and can also be used for ceramic tile and stone. MAPEI Ultralite S2 is also formulated with Ultralite Technology, a unique technology that provides twice the coverage per kg/lb of traditional thin-set mortars and can contribute to LEED points with 20% recycled content.
