This tool cuts excess carpet at the wall, leaving just enough to tuck it between the baseboard and the endless strip. The deluxe brush cutter is equipped with top-loading blade holders that make changing blades quicker and easier. The wide open throat allows the mat to penetrate and flow smoothly towards the blades. This reduces carpet jam and cutting resistance. Comes with six shims for cutting height adjustment and four throat adjustments for different carpet thicknesses.
