This sharpened and hardened tip for the No. 265 standing cutter has a precision machined slot to guide a utility blade. It punctures glued carpet for a quick start. When the tip is pushed, it travels across the subfloor and lifts the carpet up to the blade where it is cut. Works with all previous models of the cutter. Includes replacement tip only. No blade is included with this tip.
