The bigfoot roller is made up of three wide ribbed roller sections. The large portion of ribbed surfaces prevents threads from being snagged, protecting the threads from delicate carpet fibers better than star wheels. The ribs also provide concentrated pressure to force the mat backing into the hot melt adhesive. This is the best sewing roller for saxony, plush and fine denier velvet carpets. Roll width: 5 5/8".
