Crain - 18" Special Tile Cutter

This heavy-duty machine cuts 18-inch vinyl tiles straight or 12-inch tiles diagonally. It features a steel-reinforced blade holder and a wide, rigid base to ensure a straight, precise cut. It is equipped with a straight-cut guide, a diagonal-cut guide, and a self-measuring floor guide for repeated wall cuts. Position the floor guide against the edge of the last tile, then slide the tile to be cut under the blade and up to the wall. When the tile is cut, the width automatically equals the amount needed to cover the remaining subfloor. This cutter also features integrated, low-profile blade height adjustment knobs for quick and easy adjustment.
