It also features our extra-thick bumper to absorb more impacts. The telescopic steel tube construction is very durable. Double buttons allow four length adjustments, from 21" to 25". The visual nub depth dial offers nine different depth settings for various mats. Power bars that run through the nub plate provide support and better transfer of force to the mat. Comes with a prong cap. The bumper, handles and nub plate are replaceable.
