Surface-applied tiles offer a simple, more cost-effective alternative to wet-set cast-in-place tiles; when the only requirement is to include ADA compliant tile over an existing concrete surface where all other accessibility requirements are present. Surface-applied tiles can be easily cut, allowing the installer flexibility for unforeseen site conditions; cutting the tiles does not void the warranty. Surface applied tiles make sidewalk tile installation easier.
