Three products in one grout with maximum performance. 125 TRI MAX provides incredible sound insulation protection while protecting the tile or stone finish from any cracks by reducing the transmission of stress from the substrate to the tile or stone finish. 125 TRI MAX is a single-component adhesive mortar that replaces expensive and time-consuming anti-crack membrane or mat systems, allowing faster and more efficient installation of tiles or stones. Replace combinations of sheet or liquid membranes and sealants for crack isolation and noise reduction with one product, saving time, labor and money. 125 TRI MAX is a superior crack prevention and noise reduction adhesive mortar. It prevents the transmission of cracks from approved substrates to tile or stone finishes when subjected to horizontal movement in the plane of the cracks up to 3 mm (1/8 in.) under normal use. It can be used for thin or medium set applications and used with tile or stone of any size.
