MVIS™ Air and Water Barrier is a single-component load-bearing membrane applied in liquid form and forming a waterproof, crack-proof and airtight barrier. The MVIS air and water barrier produces a seamless, monolithic elastomeric coating that adheres directly to a wide variety of substrates. MVIS Air and Water Barrier is a water-based, low-VOC, self-curing formula enhanced with antimicrobial protection technology used in construction where air and water barriers are required to improve building efficiency and sustainability. The MVIS airtight and watertight barrier is designed to improve the longevity of buildings, save energy and increase occupant comfort.
