MAPEI Flexcolor 3D is a specialist, ready-to-use, professional-grade translucent grout with an “iridescent effect” finish. It comes in 10 trendy colors with translucent characteristics that not only reflect light, but also refract it. This way, the color of the grout can adjust to complement the color of the tiles. The “translucent effect” is more visible with the color “Lune Cristalline” (no. 201), while the other nine colors produce a more pronounced “iridescent effect”. MAPEI Flexcolor 3D is also formulated for commercial and residential interior installations of porcelain tile, ceramic tile, glass and natural stone. Additionally, the dense surface structure of grout helps prevent water-based stains on the grout surface. MAPEI Flexcolor 3D is formulated using the latest innovations in recycled glass bead aggregates, for uniform color, easy cleaning and better workability. In addition, this grout can be used on tiles with a fragile surface (after a preliminary test), does not require any sealer and dries naturally by evaporation. A test comparing MAPEI Flexcolor 3D to traditional Portland cement grout confirmed that MAPEI Flexcolor 3D requires 65% less time to apply than powdered grouts.
