Primer CE is a two-component, 100% solids, very low viscosity, surface consolidating epoxy primer. Primer CE effectively penetrates and consolidates concrete or gypsum surfaces. Applied in a single coat, Primer CE is designed to restore the integrity of friable surfaces of weak gypsum or lightweight concrete underlayments prior to the application of underlayments, screeds or floor finishes. Once installed, Primer CE is compatible with a wide variety of primers and adhesives, typically used with flooring installations, such as tile, vinyl composition tile, carpet, sheet vinyl, wood and other floor finishes.
