ROBERTS 2057 VCT-EZ Adhesive is an SBR latex adhesive that provides excellent grip and high residual adhesion. This premium adhesive is applied by brush, roller or trowel and helps hold tile firmly in place, even when subjected to regular cleaning and mopping. This product contains Microban, an antimicrobial protection that helps combat the growth of stain and odor-causing bacteria that can lead to product degradation. When spread in a thin layer as directed, the adhesive dries properly and becomes transparent, so chalk lines remain visible. This adhesive is also suitable for installing vinyl composition or vinyl-asphalt tile over existing vinyl composition or vinyl-asphalt subfloors free of waxes, sealers and finishes. For interior use only, not recommended for installing luxury vinyl tile (LVT), luxury vinyl plank (LVP) or heavy-duty vinyl-backed products.
