Description

In its range of diamond core bits for dry cutting, RUBI offers DRYGRES 4DRILL core bits. The DRYGRES 4DRILL range of diamond core bits is recommended for drilling all types of ceramic tiles, especially porcelain stoneware, and other wall materials such as marble and granite. In the DRYGRES 4DRILL range of core bits, RUBI has used VACUUM BRAZED technology, which increases resistance to temperature and friction, to attach the diamond particles to the cutting area. DRYGRES 4DRILL core bits, with diameters ranging from 6 to 20 mm, are ideal for installing bathroom fixtures or any type of decorative accessory on ceramic surfaces. DRYGRES 4DRILL diamond core bits are designed for use exclusively with a corded or cordless electric drill. Their hexagonal connection allows them to quickly adapt to all electric drills on the market. The average lifespan of DRYGRES 4DRILL drill bits ranges from 15 to 20 holes and ALWAYS depends on the diameter of the drill bit itself, the type of material, its thickness, and proper refrigeration and use. The drilling depth of DRYGRES 4DRILL drill bits is 36 mm. All DRYGRES 4DRILL drill bits contain wax. This wax melts during use and facilitates cooling and the removal of residue from the hole (if the wax runs out, the drill bit can continue to operate. Only complete loss of diamond indicates the end of the drill bit's life). The minimum recommended operating speed for DRYGRES 4DRILL diamond drill bits is 2500 rpm. For a better finish and longer bit life, it is important to maintain the correct rotation speed and use a slight orbital motion when drilling. Once the hole is completed, there is no more drilled material remaining inside the bit.
