The SLIM separator is the ideal complement for cutting ceramic tiles with the SLIM CUTTER when the tile thicknesses are equal to or greater than 6 mm. In addition to its primary use (cutting ceramic tiles), the SLIM separator can also be used as an auxiliary separator in large format tiles. The SLIM separator is equipped with an ergonomic handle, SOFT-GRIP, to minimize user effort during use. Taking into account that, when cutting large format tiles, it is sometimes necessary to obtain narrow pieces or strips, for this reason RUBI has equipped the SLIM separator with a system for adjusting the width of the piece, which allows us to obtain a distribution, a uniform, fair and symmetrical breaking power. The minimum narrow strip that the SLIM separator can cut is 4 cm. Made of high performance steel, the SLIM separator has a net weight of approximately 1.5 kg, which together with its small dimensions (23 cm x 18 cm) makes it the ideal complement for all professionals. For long pieces, it is recommended to use two SLIM separators working at the same time from both ends of the piece to be cut.
