LePage Pro Carpenter's Glue is an instant-tack, all-purpose, ready-to-use polyvinyl adhesive (aliphatic resin glue). Its formulation is particularly suitable for carpentry and cabinetmaking. In its undried state, carpenter's glue has greater immediate adhesion than white glues, allowing for faster setting and less creep during the pressing process. As the glue dries, it provides a strong, strong, moisture-resistant bond. It then takes on a translucent light yellow color and blends with several types of wood, notably pine, and it can be sanded and painted. Pro Carpenter's Glue is non-toxic, according to the Federal Consumer Product Safety Commission, ASTM D 4236 and does not contain formaldehyde. It also complies with CSA 0112.4, ONGC 71-GP-5 and ASTM D-4317-88 (10.2).
