Rubi Warranty Claims – Ceramed Turnkey Service

Ceramed makes it easy to manage your Rubi product warranty claims. No need to handle the process yourself — we take care of it for you.

How it works

  1. Fill out the online form on the dedicated page with the required information (invoice, photo/video, serial number, and problem description).
  2. A $100 handling fee is required to open the case.
  • If the claim is approved: Rubi will repair or replace the tool under warranty.
  • If the claim is denied: the amount is converted into a store credit on Ceramed’s online shop.

You never lose out: either you get a replacement tool or you receive a credit of equal value.

Requests are normally processed within 3 to 12 business days.

Required documents

  • The original invoice
  • A photo or video clearly showing the issue
  • The tool’s serial number (on the product sticker)
  • A brief description of the problem

💡 Good to know: motorized tools include replacement brushes in the box. Try replacing them before submitting a claim — this often resolves the issue faster.

Rubi General Warranty Conditions

  • Duration: 3 years (extendable up to 5 years if registered within 30 days via the website or Rubi Club app).
  • The warranty covers free repair or replacement of defective products.
  • Repairs and parts are covered for 6 months.
  • Exclusions: normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, non-original parts, etc.

Which products are covered under Rubi’s warranty?

All Rubi tools and accessories purchased from authorized distributors such as Ceramed, subject to the warranty conditions.

Do I still pay if my claim is denied?

Yes, a $100 fee applies for handling the case. However, this amount is fully credited to our online store if Rubi denies the claim. You never lose out.

  • Be sure to print or save the proof of registration, as it will be required if you need to use the extended warranty in the future.
