SLAB SYSTEM transport and handling system for large-format ceramic slabs. Particularly suitable for handling pieces up to 6 mm thick. The SLAB TRANSPORT TROLLEY is designed for exclusive use with the RUBI range of conveyors: SLAB SYSTEM, SLAB TRANS HEAVY DUTY, and SLIM EASY TRANS *. Thanks to the EASY FIX fastening system, the SLAB TROLLEY allows for quick and easy assembly and disassembly of the conveyor. The SLAB TRANSPORT TROLLEY is lightweight and compact. Its design ensures that the SLAB TRANSPORT TROLLEY only occupies the right amount of space. And its reinforced aluminum profiles give it great strength and structural resistance with minimal weight. The RUBI SLAB TRANSPORT TROLLEY incorporates an extendable arm to facilitate loading and unloading maneuvers of the ceramic slab onto the SLAB TABLE. With the arm folded, the SLAB TRANSPORT TROLLEY allows you to pass through a standard doorway without having to perform complex or risky maneuvers, even when loading the conveyor and the material in its maximum format. Being equipped with four rotating wheels (360º) with STOP & FIX braking and locking system, the SLAB TRANSPORT TROLLEY increases safety during loading and unloading maneuvers. Thanks to the inclination of the conveyor, the SLAB TRANSPORT TROLLEY becomes the ideal support for the task of applying double bonding. The SLAB TRANSPORT TROLLEY has rubber bumpers at its ends to prevent any possible impact on the material or other elements. With the SLAB TRANSPORT TROLLEY, the user can handle pieces with a maximum weight of 140 kg and a size of up to 360 cm x 160 cm. * The use of SLIM EASY TRANS with the SLAB TRANSPORT TROLLEY requires the mandatory use of the additional guide kit (ref. 18819). The SLAB TRANSPORT TROLLEY is served disassembled and requires complete initial assembly by the user.
