The ARDEX UI 720 FLEXBONE floating uncoupling membrane is a revolutionary floating system that provides 100% uncoupling. Separating the membrane from the substrate provides substantial savings in time and money since substrate preparation is minimal. ARDEX UI 720 FLEXBONE features a unique patterned framework with GripLock Technology to achieve the highest level of adhesion between the mortar and the membrane. The membrane is made of a highly durable and flexible plastic with a fiberglass mesh laminated on top that contains self-adhesive laps for easy joint overlap. The membrane also features over 1,000 perforations per square foot for superior vapor pressure equalization.
