ARDEX S 28 MICROTEC Fast-Setting, Fast-Drying Super-Format Tile and Uncoupling Membrane Mortar is a polymer-modified, microfiber-reinforced, fast-drying, fast-setting, high-performance tile and stone mortar for interior installations. ARDEX S 28 is highly flexible with virtually no shrinkage and has an extended bond time, making it ideal for large-format and super-format tile and stone installations. Due to its semi-pourable consistency, ARDEX S 28 is excellent when used with ARDEX FLEXBONE and other approved uncoupling members. ARDEX S 28 is ideal for moisture-sensitive tile and stone such as green and pale marbles because it is formulated with ARDEX's exclusive self-drying technology where the water mixture is fully bound within the matrix. This technology eliminates water evaporation, virtually preventing staining and warping of moisture-sensitive tiles, and it cures completely and quickly between even the largest and densest tiles and substrates.
