A fast-setting, polymer-modified, Portland cement-based, self-drying mortar with MICROTEC Technology, ARDEX X 32 MICROTEC Universal Thin-to-Thick Bed Mortar is ideal for setting moisture-sensitive granite, marble, and natural stone. It will not contribute to staining, discoloration, or warping of natural stone tile. ARDEX X 32 can be used as a thin- to thick bed, up to 31.8 mm (1 1/4 in) thick, and is excellent for bonded or ungraded stone that requires varying mortar thickness. Even at 31.8 mm (1 1/4 in) thick, ARDEX X 32 is ready for grouting in just 3 hours, making it ideal for fast, same-day interior and exterior installations. ARDEX X 32 can be used on exterior masonry and concrete surfaces and common interior substrates, including concrete, masonry, and exterior plywood.
