Aluminum stretcher tubes are lightweight and rust-resistant. The 5' aluminum stretcher tube, no. 517, can add up to 8' 8" of length to your stretcher in 4" increments—enough for a variety of pieces. Crain's aluminum tubes feature a guide line on both the inner and outer tubes to align the knobs with the holes during length adjustment. These tubes work with other standard diameter tubes. Closed length: 5'. Usable length adjustment range: 5' to 8' 8".
