This is a coarse-grit diamond abrasive disc for metal-impregnated safety floors. It features a continuous diamond grit brazed across its entire outside diameter. Its 130 mm diameter fits other wall chasers that accept this type of blade. It produces a groove approximately 3.4 mm wide. Diamond wear affects the width and depth of the cut.
