Product Information

This knife is used to trim excess welding rod from the joint area after it has cooled, ensuring the joint is level with the rest of the floor. It is used in two steps with cutting guide no. 986. First, insert the cutting guide under the knife and cut away the bulk of the material in the first pass. Then, remove the cutting guide and make a second pass using only the knife. The fine cut of the second pass finishes flush with the surrounding floor. The knife comes with a protective pouch. The blade is resharpenable. The cutting guide is not included.
