Crain - Swivel Lock Turnbuckle

The Swivel-Lock stretcher offers the advantages of both straight and swivel heads. The head freely swivels 60° for patterned rugs. Press the integrated locking pin and you can lock the swivel head in 5 convenient positions. Lock it in the straight position for square stretches, or at 15° for the most angular stretches. There's even a 30° setting for the extreme angles found in L-shaped living/dining rooms. There's also a locking knob for partial stretches. The spike depth adjustment bar allows you to vary the spike penetration depth depending on the rug thickness. Adjustment is made with two screws in the spike plate. Comes with a lever-operated extension tube, three extension tubes, a transfer tube, and a folding tail block. Adjusts from 37" to 23' and can be extended by adding tubes.
