Crain - Versatile Rug Cutter

The Versa-Cutter is our most versatile and durable carpet cutter. It can accommodate utility blades, slotted razor blades or Crain 300Y Loop Pile blades. When used with utility blades or Crain 300Y blades, it cuts smoothly through carpet backing and does not shear threads. Springs on either side of the cutter hold the carpet to the floor while cutting. The fine steel row guide follows the carpet rows. The steel base plate attached to the base reduces wear and extends the life of the cutter. Two large dials allow for quick and easy blade changing.
