A fast-curing, cement-based finishing and patching compound that provides a smooth finish on a variety of substrates prior to flooring installation. Formulated with controlled-cure technology, TechPatch SC helps eliminate bond failure, flaking, mildew, and staining problems on resilient flooring caused by free moisture in traditional underlayments. Its fast-setting formula allows for the installation of most flooring materials in as little as 30 minutes.
