A versatile, lightweight, easy-to-use, and easy-to-cut underlayment for installing tile and stone on any acceptable subfloor. The mat is designed so the mortar locks in place, creating a bonded crack prevention system for subfloor movement up to 1/4" (6 mm). Its SoundGard technology provides high, credible impact sound reduction.

  • 25 times lighter than 1/4" (6 mm) backerboard
  • 9 times lighter than other soundproofing mats
