This classic knee pound features a recessed trigger for length adjustment in five settings from 17.75" to 21.75". The visual pin depth dial offers nine different depth settings for various mats. Power rods that extend through the spike plate provide support and better force transfer to the mat. The grip head includes three bristle grips and a spike plate with 16 hardened steel spikes. The standard-thickness bumper is made of rubber for durability and provides a firm, impactful feel that is preferred by many installers. Comes with a prong cap. The bumper, grips, and pin plate are replaceable.
