This ultra-straight, spring-steel row finder has smooth, rounded notches that help open rows in difficult carpets. The pointed ends can easily penetrate rows of dense cut-pile or plush carpets. The taller, thicker profile clears tufts of thick cut pile and increases separation. Once this tool finds a row, it can be moved back and forth in a sawing motion to open the row. After use, a seam ripper is able to follow the row while reducing yarn shear. The textured plastic handle provides a good grip.
