Our industrial-strength adhesive felt pad is made with the same wool felt blend as the clear Flexi-Felt. Why is it different from typical retail store pads? Well, we don't use the cheap double-sided tape everyone uses. In fact, we don't use tape at all. We have a special, patent-pending process using an industrial-strength adhesive that, once activated by heat, will withstand over 100 lbs of pure force per square inch—up to 15 times more than the competition! What this means for you is that they stay put and protect your beautiful hardwood floors. They're super easy to use: simply cut the pad to the desired shape and peel off the backing. You won't have to struggle to peel off the backing because it's designed with an easy-peel backing. Simply peel off the backing and apply the felt to the clean surface. Sitting on your chair will increase the grip, which is now up to 5 times better than any double-sided synthetic adhesive pad. Here's something unique for heavy-duty applications: once in place, heat-activate the Flexi-Felt with a hot iron attached to polyester. Apply pressure for 30 to 60 seconds, then let it cool and stick overnight, and you won't have to worry about scratching your floors.
