Designed for professional flooring installers, each invoice provides a complete breakdown of all job costs, including materials and other services. It covers all phases of installation so the installer, flooring retailer, and customer know exactly what is included. Ruled space is provided at the top of the invoice for the date, invoice number, address, and phone number of the installer, flooring retailer, and customer. At the bottom of the invoice, space is provided for the customer's signature, the date, and the total amount due. A wrap-around cover separates the invoices when written on. Each invoice book contains 50 sets of two-part carbonless invoices. Size is 7" wide x 8 1/4" high. Designed for flooring installers. The inside front cover features a square foot and square yard conversion chart for 6', 9', 12', and 15' wide merchandise ranging from 1' to 60' long.
