Product Information

Lamstone Jura is a thin laminated natural stone sheet from Impex Stone, available in two sizes: 61 x 122 cm (24 x 48 in.) and 102 x 203 cm (40 x 80 in.). It is for indoor use only, including showers with the Schluter®-KERDI system.

  • Install on a rigid wall (cement board, drywall or plywood) with DuraPro AC0055 adhesive, double-spread: 3/16 in. V-notch trowel on the wall, flat trowel on the sheet. One 3.78 L container covers about 70 sq. ft.
  • In showers: Schluter®-KERDI membrane or KERDI-BOARD, Schluter®-KERDI-FIX or ALL-SET adhesive, grout rated for wet areas and at least two coats of penetrating sealer, renewed every year.
  • Ideal installation temperature 20 °C (10 to 30 °C); 7-day cure.

⚠️ Contains fibreglass: wear gloves, safety glasses and a mask, and cut outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. Do not install behind or directly on a wood-burning or heat-producing fireplace.

Warranty

Manufacturer’s 10-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, with proof of purchase, when the product is installed in accordance with the National Building Code and Impex Stone’s installation guide. It covers defective materials only (labour excluded), is limited to the original purchaser and excludes, among others, non-compliant installation, wall movement, contact with chemicals, and discolouration caused by water, pollutants or friction. De quelle façon je dois coller la Lamstone au mur ?

Le mortier adhésif LTC - blanc ou le mortier adhésif LTC - gris doivent être utilisés pour le double encollage. La colle doit être appliquée derrière la tuile avec une truelle droite et sur le mur avec une truelle 3/16 en V. Les traits de truelle au mur doivent être horizontaux afin de s’assurer d’évacuer l’air derrière la feuille. La technique d’application en arc-en-ciel n’est pas reconnue car il sera impossible d’évacuer l’air qui se retrouve entre la feuille et le mur.

Quels sont les formats disponibles?

Les deux formats sont : 60cm x 120 cm (environ 24 pouces par 48 pouces) et 100 cm x 200 cm (environ 40 pouces par 80 pouces).

De quelle façon je dois me préparer pour installer la Lamstone translucide?

J’aimerais installer la Lamstone autour d’un foyer. Est-ce qu’il y a des limitations?

Oui. La capacité du foyer ne doit pas dépasser 40,000 BTU.

J’ai des bulles qui se forment au-dessus de mon foyer. Quel est ce phénomène?

Au moment de l’installation, l’air entre la Lamstone et le mur n’a pas été correctement enlevé.
