Product Information

The F6 series is a right angle aluminum stair nosing intended for installation on the edge of steps in public stairways, exit routes and all other applications where location in the dark and contrast of the step edge is a problem. The Ecoglo F6 series has a 3 inch (78 mm) tread to cover imperfections or irregularities in walking, and is designed to be visible in all light conditions to improve the safety and efficiency of moving people. It also provides an additional non-slip surface that complements the anti-slip properties of the step. The F6 stair nosing is designed to reduce falls and improve evacuation speed in all evacuation situations. The F6 series flat stair nosings can also be installed on steps covered with industrial or commercial type carpet (without underlay) with a maximum thickness of 6 mm.
