FRACTURE BAN SC is easy and quick to apply to your exterior and interior horizontal tile or stone installations requiring anti-fracture protection. This thin, self-hardening, load-bearing liquid rubber polymer can be easily applied in a single layer to form a flexible, seamless anti-fracture membrane. Applied in a single coat using a brush or roller, this fast-drying anti-fracture membrane allows you to lay tiles or stone in just 1 to 2 hours. Equipped with antimicrobial protection to combat the growth of mold and stains on the membrane.

• Exceeds ANSI A118.12 standards for anti-fracture protection up to 3 mm (1/8 in.), preventing cracks from rising through your tile or stone installation
• Wet coat thickness 0.8 to 1.0 mm (30 to 40 mils), only 0.5 to 0.8 mm (0.020" to 0.030") thick when cured, easy to apply with a brush or roller in a single coat
• Fast drying time allows tile or stone to be laid in just 1-2 hours
