NXT® Level Flow in a 50 lb bag (gray) is the high-flow self-leveling solution from Laticrete's NXT Level product line, designed for projects requiring fast installation and UL-certified fire resistance.
NXT® Level Flow is a fire-rated, high-flowing cement-based self-leveling underlayment designed to level interior floor substrates and allow floor covering installation in just 24 hours. Pumpable or pourable, it can be applied from 3 mm to 51 mm (1/8 in to 2 in) in a single lift and is walkable in 3 to 4 hours. UL-certified, it provides up to 2-hour fire resistance in floor-to-ceiling assemblies (Type LAT, tested to ANSI/UL 263 and ASTM E84). With rapid curing, exceptional durability, and direct adhesive compatibility, it is a high-performance alternative to traditional gypsum underlayments.
Suitable for use over concrete (up to 100% RH per ASTM F2170), gypsum, exterior glue plywood, and other structurally sound substrates, it creates a smooth, level surface for the installation of hardwood, resilient flooring, cork, ceramic tile, natural stone, carpet, and more. Ideal for commercial, institutional, hospitality, healthcare, and residential projects.
