Mapei - AquaDefense Premium Anti-Crack Waterproofing Membrane - 18.9 L

Mapelastic AquaDefense is an extremely fast-drying, pre-mixed, liquid rubber-based waterproofing and crack-bridging membrane for installation under ceramic tile or stone in residential, commercial and industrial locations. Mapelastic AquaDefense provides a thin, continuous barrier to protect adjacent rooms as well as rooms below from water damage. For additional protection in problem areas such as skirting boards, corners, cracks and drains, it can be combined with Reinforcing Fabric or MAPEI Mapeband accessories (coil skirting strip and square drain seal strip). Mapelastic AquaDefense dries in 30 to 50 minutes, then is ready to receive any MAPEI polymer mortar or epoxy mortar. Mapelastic AquaDefense can be immersion tested after 12 hours of dry time, is listed by IAPMO as a waterproofing membrane for shower pans and exceeds ANSI A118.10 and ANSI A118.12 standards.
