Mapecoat 4 LVT [NA] is a clear protective finish that is available in matte (10 gloss) and semi-gloss (30 gloss) for luxury vinyl tile (LVT) and other resilient flooring in horizontal and vertical applications. It provides a slip-resistant finish with high wear resistance in residential and commercial environments, including wet areas such as bathtub surrounds and shower stalls, as well as dry areas subject to heavy foot traffic.

  • Seals joints in LVT flooring and wall coverings that may be exposed to water
  • Provides traction control in wet environments
  • Protects LVT and other resilient flooring from UV exposure and will not yellow
