Product Information

Mapecontact SRT is a double-sided, dry-film, foam-core tape for the fast, permanent installation of pure vinyl sheet, vinyl tile and strip, and prefinished solid or engineered wood flooring. Offering sound attenuation for multi-family dwellings, it has also been specially formulated to provide instant adhesion, allowing immediate use for residential and commercial installations. Mapecontact SRT is not affected by high humidity conditions in concrete, and it can be installed without moisture testing. Additionally, it provides moisture protection for wood and bamboo subfloors.

  • Immediate use; no need to wait for an adhesive to cure.
  • Odorless and VOC-free.
  • Vapor barrier with sound-reducing properties.
  • Immediately allows foot traffic.
