Primer CE is a very low-viscosity, two-component, 100% solids epoxy surface-consolidating primer. Primer CE effectively penetrates and consolidates concrete or gypsum surfaces. Applied in a single coat, Primer CE is designed to restore the integrity of friable surfaces of weak gypsum underlayments or lightweight concrete prior to the application of underlayments, screeds, or floor finishes. Once installed, Primer CE is compatible with a wide variety of primers and adhesives commonly used with flooring installations such as tile, vinyl composition tile, carpet, sheet vinyl, wood, and other floor finishing products.
