Mapei - Reinforcing Fabric 6" x 75'

MAPEI's Reinforcing Fabric is a strong, absorbent, flexible, and alkali-resistant polyester reinforcing fabric for optional use with MAPEI's Mapelastic AquaDefense when installed under ceramic tile or stone in interior residential and commercial applications. Reinforcing Fabric can also be used as a component in MAPEI's ShowerPerfect™ shower installation systems. Reinforcing Fabric is suitable for use in substrate areas such as cracks, baseboards, corners, and around drains when used with Mapelastic AquaDefense. Reinforcing Fabric provides a secure and durable barrier to water migration into adjacent areas. It can be easily cut to the desired size with a chisel or razor knife and is particularly compatible with all MAPEI epoxy grouts and mortars, as well as cementitious grouts and thin-set mortars.
