Topcem Premix is ​​an accelerated-curing screed mortar suitable for both bonded and unbonded applications. Topcem Premix can be easily leveled or used to form a slope, and has the workability and working time of traditional screed mortars.

  • For thicknesses from 6 mm to 5 cm without aggregates and up to 10 cm when 10 mm saturated surface-dry gravel is added up to 20% of the product weight.
  • Properly mixed and applied, Topcem Premix has a residual moisture content of less than 2.5% after 48 hours.
