Product Information

Ultrabond ECO 983 is a 100% solids, silane-modified, one-component adhesive for wood flooring. It is formulated without water, solvents, amines, isocyanates, phthalate plasticizers, or epoxy resins. Featuring extremely low volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions, Ultrabond ECO 983's unique formula provides excellent bond strength and moisture control up to 6.80 kg (15 lb) moisture vapor emission rate (MVER) and 90% relative humidity (RH). Special trowel clips are provided to apply the adhesive in a monolithic layer for moisture control of subfloors. It can also be used using traditional trowel application methods in areas where subfloor moisture is not a problem.
