Description

Ultracolor Plus FA – with DropEffect Technology – is a non-efflorescence, non-shrink, uniformly colored, polymer-modified, fast-setting, fine-aggregate, ultra-premium grout for joints 1.5 mm to 19 mm (1/16" to 3/4") wide. DropEffect Technology reduces surface absorption to help repel water and dirt from penetrating grout joints. Ultracolor Plus FA is specially formulated with MAPEI's Hyperhydration Cement Technology (HCT) to eliminate problems commonly associated with Portland cement-based grouts, such as uneven color and efflorescence. In addition to offering higher polymer content, cementitious hyperhydration technology results in reduced absorbency and improved stain resistance compared to standard grade cementitious grouts. Ultracolor Plus FA is formulated with 10% recycled content and meets ANSI A138.1 for GreenSquared certification.
