Montolit - Profile Chamfering Machine

This new tile and slab chamfering machine for ceramic, porcelain, and all types of stoneware allows for edge finishing and easy creation of miter cuts, chamfering of rounded profiles, and half-bullnose edges. Miter cuts are easily made by placing the scratch-resistant sliding plate on the tile or slab and simply sliding the chamfer along the edge. The diamond grinding wheel will remove the required material quickly and precisely. This chamfer will handle any size or thickness of tile – the machine itself will follow the edge of the material so that small tiles and large-format slabs can be profiled. The integrated vacuum cleaner allows for clean operation with minimal mess. This lightweight and highly portable chamfering machine is easy to use and designed as a true plug & play machine, ready to go. A range of diamond grinding wheels designed for dry use is available for mitering (medium and fine diamond grit), beveling (3 mm and 5 mm), and radii (3, 5, and 10 mm), and can be easily changed in seconds.
