They are essential in applications requiring a smooth finish and minimal chipping. NOTE: Resin-bonded blades should never be used faster than the maximum speed indicated in the Pearl literature and on the blades. Please check your saw before installing the blade. Pearl tile saws operate at the appropriate speed for resin-bonded blades. These blades are more sensitive to impact than standard metal-bonded blades. Extra care should be taken to protect the blades during assembly, use, and storage. Always provide sufficient water to keep the blade cool. Spraying or supplying water from the table is not sufficient. When cutting, feed the tile gently. Never apply force.
